4.1 - NFP Accounts Review
In the NFP CRM, we will need to associate the accounts module to a contact that can be a donor, volunteer or even a sponsor. It is important that we understand where each contact works even if the account does not do any business with our NFP organization.
There could be two usage of Accounts module where you just store the employee information of a contact type as donor or you can also engage with a contact type sponsor who is a part of an organization. In the latter case, you need to send an invoice to the accounts and not a contact.
