8.1 - Create Events, Associate Sponsors, Speakers and Organizers
You can create an Event in Zoho Backstage or any other Event management application such as Eventbrite. If it is Zoho Backstage, then any event you create in Backstage will appear in the campaign’s module in Zoho CRM.
In this campaigns module, you can see all the campaigns you have created either using Zoho Campaigns (Email Campaigns) for Zoho Backstage applications (Event Management Application). Once the integration is enabled, all the information flow to Zoho CRM campaigns module like you can see in the below screenshot.
You will be able to see all the event details, actual and budget cost, expected cost and also the tickets sold and remaining status. On the day of the event, you will use Zoho Backstage to check in the attendees which will update the record details in the campaigns module inside Zoho CRM.
You can also see the finance flow for each type of scheduled event inside the campaign’s module. The second section in the below screenshot’s details about the Sponsors that you add in Zoho Backstage, organizers and also Speakers.
