International mobile number formatting for Burst SMS


 Burst SMS extension for ZOHO CRM

Numbers being sent through ZOHO CRM using the Burst SMS extension require the correct international number format to be entered before messages can be sent.


NOTE: Please ensure you are using Zoho CRM's default "Mobile" field number value to send sms. 

If you set an invalid number format no validation error will occur, but a 'fail' parameter response will be returned.

Below is a list of sample numbers containing country code, area code and a sample local mobile number. For each country you must enter the appropriate ZOHO CRM number format before messages can be sent using Burst SMS.

  • orange indicates country code (please see below for the complete list).
  • green indicates area code (please note that leading zeros MUST be removed).
  • blue represents local mobile number.


The same format will be required for other countries (using their unique international country codes).
