Introduction into Working with Volunteer Work Hours
In the NFP Zoho CRM, there is a custom module to store the volunteer’s work hours and the events/campaigns they have volunteered in. Below screenshot shows all the information regarding the volunteer’s status on each event, event details which they have been planned or participated.
When you plan for an event, the first thing that comes to the mind is to plan the volunteers for the event so you can run the event smoothly.
