Working with Contact Relationships
In order to accommodate all contact relationships within the CRM, we have enabled a custom module called “Contact relationships” module.
Below is a screenshot of the custom module where you can see all the records where we have established the relationship from self-record to another record. “ Related from” here means the record that we are trying to establish a relationship from and “Related to” means the record that we want to associate with.
Whenever you create a new relationship between the contacts, an automatic relation ID will be generated for each record in the contacts relationships. In the below screenshot, we are trying to establish the relationship between the contact “Evan kai” and “Kris Marrier” where Evan is uncle and Kris Marrier being the first cousin of Evan.
Once we associate the relationships between the contacts, you can also see them as related list in the contacts module as shown in the below screenshots. You need to establish the relationships with each contact to see them in their respective contacts module.
