2.2 - Access More Lead Options
You can access more lead options by clicking on the More icon in the Lead's Details page.
You have options to clone the Lead and change a few details to the record and save it as a new record. You can also choose to print preview and print or download the Lead record details as PDF. If you feel that you have duplicate records in your leads/enquiries bucket then you can choose to “Find and merge duplicates” via Name, Email and phone number to merge them into one.
