2.3 - Enquiry Home Page
The records are displayed in List Views. Define your own custom views as per your requirements. Some system defined list views are already available, such as Unread Leads, Converted Leads, Recently Created Leads, etc.
We have already provided the custom view as shown in the below diagram and shared it with all users. You can edit or create a new custom view as per your requirements.
2.3.1 Enquiry Homepage More Options
If you click on the three dots in the right corner of your Enquiry Home page you can find Different options that can be set for enquiry records. You have options to mass update fields for many records, mass delete more than one enquiry records and also mass convert it to deals module. One interesting option here is the Zoho sheet view option where you can access all the records in excel format, edit the records as in the home page view and also download the records in various formats.
