7.2 - Multiple Sales Pipeline

It is equally important to choose what pipeline you need to select whenever you create a deal and it is tagged as a mandatory field during your deal creation.  You can find three different sales pipeline in the NFP Zoho CRM which is as follows :

  1. Standard (default pipeline for all deals)
  2. Member ( Journey for member deal types)
  3. Donor ( Journey for donor deal types)

So when you create a deal with a member deal type or donor deal type you should choose the pipeline from “Standard” to member or donor based on your Deal type as each pipeline has its own journey and stages to close a deal.
